Notes:

Dice:
No die is ever truely totally accurate; the skew is very slight to very severe depending upon the die, but the ones with drilled pips are the most noteably skewed. The lighter side is ever so slightly more likely to turn up. This is not accounted for here.
The Person
the individual rolling the dice has, in my experience, made a huge difference in how they roll. For some, it is in how they throw the dice (so as to prevent or encourage certain sides to occur), and for others, it seems to be some paranormal phenomena.
Desire for result
a recent study on humans and paranormal ability has shown that a human desiring high or low numbers can get reuslts from a 1-200 digital random number generator to be skewed in the direction desired, by as much as 10 points on average for a run of 10000 random numbers generated. To my knowledge, the study is to be re-attempted soon. Whether a similar effect is possible on cubical 6 sided dice is still begging for a grant to be awarded for further research.
